For in-stock items delivery can be expected the next day, provided the order has been placed before 2pm. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within the quoted time, Laaleeyan Boutique will inform the customer by e-mail or phone at the earliest

We take every care to post the orders in good condition. However, the package may become damaged due to delivery procedure or custom procedure and we do not take responsibility of this.
Whilst we try to make sure that all measurements are sized exactly according to our Sizing Measurements, measurements can vary slightly. This could be up to 1” smaller then stated or 1” bigger then stated. This is due to the nature of the fabric, as shrinkage is a possibility. However, we ensure that there is 1” opening space in all our garments.
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual garment as opposed to what is seen through a computer moniter because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received.
Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information when required. Laaleeyan Boutique will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Laaleeyan Boutique is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
All garments are dry-clean and hand wash only. Due to the nature of the way in which the fabric is dyed, you can expect some colour to run initially, however, this should not affect the garment and will diminish the next time the garment is hand-washed or dry-cleaned. Do not place direct heat over embroidery, as this will cause the embroidery to become dull. The appropriate amount of heat should be applied from the reverse side.
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly accurate values. Since most of the products have intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products. www.laaleeyanboutique.com, in its unconditional discretion, may deliver a similar/alike/alternate product for reasons or constraints beyond its control.
Laaleeyan Boutique asks customers to familiarise themselves with our Delivery, Purchasing, Returns, Payments and Disclaimer documents as the customer when finalising the order will be verifying that he/she has read, understood and agreed with those documents.

Simply return to us the unused and unworn garments within 7 days, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition with a copy of your online receipt and we'll give you a refund.

Items which have stains, emit body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for return or exchanges. We are not liable to pay for any postage costs paid by the customer. The customer will be charged a £15 handling fee for all returned garments, which they are liable to pay. This is non-negotiable.

Our 7-day Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Color Disclaimer

LAALEEYAN BOUTIQUE firmly believe that all customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits ordered. It is impossible for LAALEEYAN BOUTIQUE to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from LAALEEYAN BOUTIQUE is aware of this genuine problem.

General

Users of www.laaleeyanboutique.com are supposed to have thoroughly read and understood all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Users are considered to have unconditionally agreed, approved, understood and accepted all the terms, conditions, procedures, risks and consequences of using the products at www.laaleeyanboutique.com and they cannot, at any time, claim ignorance of any or all of them. All relationship of any user where so ever situated is governed by and in accordance with the laws of the UK.

Delays

Occasionally, the manufacture of your outfit may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
